DISC Profile

Understanding DISC

Also known as the Four Temperament Model of Human Behavior, DISC attempts to categorize personalities between more task- or people-focused and between active/outgoing or passive/reserved. D and I scores are active/outgoing. C and S are passive/reserved. D and C scores are task-oriented, whereas I and S are more people-oriented.
